The entire house is tastefully furnished in soothing colors of navy blue, gray, and white. Its tranquil ambiance is underlined by tasteful furniture and spa-like bathrooms with a large bathtub and grand glass showers. Throughout the entire home is a beautiful, clean, gray/ white, wood-look porcelain tile.
The entryway opens to a great room with a large navy blue sectional couch, and a 42” flat-screen Roku TV. All TVs in this home are conveniently connected through a wireless ROKU stick, making it possible for you to enjoy your personal channels. You can watch live TV through the SPECTRUM app on the Roku device.
The living room connects to the stylish dining and kitchen space. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a breakfast counter, and cookware. The stylish marble dining table is surrounded by six comfortable white dining chairs (2 more available),
The master bedroom comes with a beautiful dark gray king bed, a club chair, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the pool and patio area. The master connects to a luxury spa-like bathroom suite with a full soaking bath, a walk-in shower with a rain shower power shower head, and direct access to the outside rain shower, where you can take a shower under the stars or overlooking the beautiful desert mountain ranges and landscapes. The master bathroom spa suite has a mirrored closet, a separate toilet, and a designer vanity with two separate sinks.
The second guest bedroom features a comfortable modern navy blue queen platform bed and a large mirrored closet; a club chair and a flat-screen Roku TV. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds separated by a spacious sideboard, and it has a large closet.
Every bedroom is equipped with plenty of bedding and high-quality linens.
Guests in the second and third bedrooms can enjoy a brand new spacious bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower, a large, powerful rain shower head, and a double sink designer vanity in a light gray. The Dreamy Palm Springs Villa was simply amazing. Especially with our two little kids. It was perfect for us. High chairs, playpens, everything was there, and I appreciated that. Jim and I got some time to relax while our little ones decided to make the spa their kids pool. The villa was super clean. I mean REALLY super clean. I'm a clean freak and I was pleasantly surprised. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking at home and BBQ-ing outside. The bedrooms are large, we slept great in the beds. The wide-open floor plan was very nice, especially because everything in the house was so tastefully and elegantly designed. A true sense of luxury and attention to detail. Lots of amenities and great service. The best part: Great price!

My husband Tom and I made wonderful memories in Jen's house. The name: Dreamy Palm Springs Villa serves it well and says it all. We had a special occasion to celebrate because we got married that weekend and she and her local manager Maria were just wonderfully attentive. They welcomed us with a lovely bottle of champagne and chocolate. Lovely touch. The house is beautifully designed, and very clean. The backyard is very inviting and the pool and spa are just so soothing. Loved the saltwater. We will be back to stay with Jen and can highly recommend this vacation home to anyone who wants to visit Plam Springs. Ir is very centrally located to shops and restaurants and bars.

I took my bridesmaids on a trip to Plam Springs and booking the Dreamy Palm Springs Villa was the best decision I made. We all loved the place. It was just so interesting because it was actually a lot nicer than the pictures. We had massages in the house and we spent a lot of time around the pool and spa. I loved the saltwater pool, and the view from the backyard is breathtaking. We loved how they furnished this home. So elegant. The location was also perfect. We went out for dinner every night and it took us 5-10 minutes max to get into town.

My fiance took me to the Dreamy Palm Springs Villa for my birthday, and it was just the most dreamy space. it deserves the name. We literally did not want to leave the house ever. We stayed and cooked, or had burgers on the BBQ, spent a lot of time in the pool and the spa, even at night. The water was balmy and it felt great to swim under the stars. The home is just so tastefully furnished, and I loved the colors. My favorite: The master bathroom. Spacious and so tranquil. Like in a spa. It goes out to the outside shower, which I loved taking every morning. And they even have matching navy blue robes. AdJoe and I will defeinelt be back because we made some really beautiful memories in the Dreamy Palm Springs Villa. Also, - really clean, well maintained and the management is kind and super responsive.

With your booking, you accept the following house rules and terms and conditions:
HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in: After 4 pm on the arrival day. Check out: Before 11 am of the departure date (unless early check-in and/ or late check-out was booked)
-- This is a non-smoking premise. No illegal drugs are allowed!
-- Only booked guests (and pets) are allowed access to the premises. Visitors are not permitted unless pre-approved by us
-- The pool and spa are not fenced, and underage children are not permitted on the premises unless they are under adult supervision at all times.
-- Kindly remove all trash and any pet remnants (if applicable) from the premises and place all trash in the trash bins alongside the house
-- Kindly do not throw any make-up or other wipes into the toilets. Only toilet paper provided by us is to be flushed. T
-- Kindly rinse dinner and cookware before placing them in the dishwasher. Detergent is provided for your convenience.
-- The Desert City Noise Ordinance Law does not permit loud noise or any music outside. Kindly adhere to the city noise ordinance to avoid a $500 fine per occurrence, which would be payable by you, and deducted from the security deposit
-- The usage of the pool/spa is at your own risk and consult your physician before usage.
-- We are not liable in case of any accidents, or injuries on the premises, and for lost or damaged belongings. With your booking, you waive all rights and accept our house rules and all terms and conditions as listed in the property description.
- All fees and rates are subject to change.
PICTURES: The bedspreads and rugs and outside furniture shown in the pictures may vary, and they may be a different color than what is shown in the picture, as we replace them periodically. Furniture may be replaced and not match the present pictures.
LOCATION NOTE: The home is located on a small street in a safe, upscale neighborhood.
OCCUPANCY: 6 guests maximum, 3 pets maximum, no visitors allowed (unless pre-approved by us)
AGREEMENT: You agree to enter the premises as a short-term renter for the term starting from your arrival date from 4 pm and ending on your departure date by 11 am.
