The inviting open floor plan connects the spacious living room with the dining area and the kitchen with its large breakfast counter. The living/dining area faces the beautiful backyard, and it flows out through large sliding doors to the expansive, private backyard with beautiful desert landscapes, magical unobstructed mountain views, lots of loungers in the shade, and a covered dining area, a saltwater pool (can be heated, fees apply) and a separate jacuzzi (heating free of charge).
The backyard has a built-in gas BBQ, plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, a covered dining area, and pool floats.
The living room features two comfortable couches with side and coffee tables, a spacious sideboard a 43-inch flat-screen TV with ROKU setting, and all your personal channels for you to log into.
The dining area seats 6-8 on a marble dining table.
The kitchen is well-equipped with top-level appliances, such as a stainless steel fridge with freezer and filtered water and ice maker, a stainless steel dishwasher, a stainless steel, gas range and microwave, an air fryer, a double toaster, a separate toaster oven, drip coffee maker and milk frothier. The kitchenware includes a hand mixer, a blender for smoothies and drinks, an egg cooker, a wok, plenty of pots, pans, glass- and dining ware.
We do of course provide towels, bedding, and linens as well as toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels, detergent, and cleaning supplies.
The home is fully equipped with everything you could ever need including but not limited to: Central AC and heating, kitchen with top not appliances, such as ovens, toaster ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washer/dryer, etc., and of course the kitchen has all the amenities you’d want from drip coffee maker, water heater kettle, frothier, mixer, blender, plenty of cooking, glass and dining ware, and pantries with spices, coffee, tea and more.
There are plenty of towels, linens, hair dryers, and free toiletries made available as well. And we have pool toys, floats, and games for you.
Bedroom configuration:
The master bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite full bathroom with a separate toilet, and a spacious walk-in closet. You also find a large 55-inch flat-screen TV.
The purple guest room has a queen bed and a large mirror closet.
The lavender guest room has two twins and a large mirror closet.
The two rooms share a full bathroom with a shower and tub.
The 4th guest room has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (ADU / attached garage converted room) and a separate entrance.

When Jen mentioned that she had just listed the property, and we were the first guests in her new place, we were excited, but also nervous, because we didn't see any reviews yet. We got there and were blown away by the place. It looks so much better in reality than in the pictures. The home and its layout are very spacious. We loved the private nicely landscaped, backyard with the nice pool, the built-in BBQ., and all the loungers around the pool. Plenty of shady spots to hang out and enjoy 180 degrees of magical mountain views. The home was spotless, and the interior design is super tasteful. Love the lavender touches. The beds are very comfortable, and the bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped with all we needed, and the appliances are top-of-the-line. The kitchen even has an air fryer (we had never used one, and loved it, will buy one now). Jen and Maria were great, and we felt very well taken care of. Great value for money! We will be back for sure!

OMG. Loved this place! We came here to celebrate our anniversary.
My wife is a decorator, and she was blown away by the thought and design that went into everything. We so needed a break after a crazy couple of weeks remodeling our own house.
I noted that the place looked like the photos, but it really is much homier in real life. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked and there's everything for a perfect getaway!
The backyard and pool area are perfect for tanning or taking a swim. It's a peaceful neighborhood, with downtown Palm Springs only 5 minutes away.
We will definitely be coming back. I already recommended it to my sister, as she loves Palm Springs and comes here several times a year with her kids.

House Rules and Terms
With your booking, you accept the following house rules and terms and conditions:
HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in: After 4 pm on the arrival day. Check out: Before 11 am of the departure date (unless early check-in and/ or late check-out was booked)
-- This is a non-smoking premise. No illegal drugs are allowed!
-- Only booked guests (and pets) are allowed access to the premises. Visitors are not permitted unless pre-approved by us
-- The pool and spa are not fenced, and underage children are not permitted on the premises unless they are under adult supervision at all times.
-- Kindly remove all trash and any pet remnants (if applicable) from the premises and place all trash in the trash bins alongside the house
-- Kindly do not throw any make-up or other wipes into the toilets. Only toilet paper provided by us is to be flushed. T
-- Kindly rinse dinner and cookware before placing them in the dishwasher. Detergent is provided for your convenience.
-- The Desert City Noise Ordinance Law does not permit loud noise or any music outside. Kindly adhere to the city noise ordinance to avoid a $500 fine per occurrence, which would be payable by you, and deducted from the security deposit
-- The usage of the pool/spa is at your own risk and consult your physician before usage.
-- We are not liable in case of any accidents, or injuries on the premises, and for lost or damaged belongings. With your booking, you waive all rights and accept our house rules and all terms and conditions as listed in the property description.
- All fees and rates are subject to change.
PICTURES: The bedspreads, rugs and outside furniture shown in the pictures may vary, and they may be a different color than what is shown in the picture, as we replace them periodically. Furniture may be replaced. The color scheme for all the rooms and furnishings, however, stays the same!
LOCATION NOTE: The home is located on a small street in a safe, upscale neighborhood.
CANCELLATION: Unless you booked a discounted non-refundable rate, you can cancel your booking up to 30 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund immediately
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 security deposit is due prior to check-in and all be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure date (unless damages are applicable). Damages: Loss or damage to furnishings or other items in the house/garage, and/or fines are deducted from the security deposit, if applicable.
PARKING: Feel free to park in the garage or on our spacious driveway
OCCUPANCY: 8 guests maximum, 3 pets maximum, no visitors allowed (unless pre-approved by us)
AGREEMENT: You agree to enter the premises as a short-term renter for the term starting from your arrival date from 4 pm and ending on your departure date by 11 am.
