Three spacious, stylish Palm Springs villas are connected and next to each other. All three are fully remodeled, nearly 8000 sft combined on over 30,000 sft lot with gated backyards featuring private saltwater pools and spas, and magical mountain views—just minutes from Downtown Palm Springs.
Sleep 20 guests comfortably in 10 private bedrooms, with 7 private bathrooms.
Two of the villas have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and one has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Total: 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
Each villa has a large private, fenced backyard, with magical mountain views, and beautiful desert landscaping. Enjoy two saltwater pools, and spas, large lounge areas. Ideal for large families, friends, groups, reunions, retreats, events, and more.
All villas have open floor plans leading from the spacious living rooms, to fully equipped kitchens with breakfast bars, to spacious dining areas, and through large sliding doors into the spacious beautifully landscaped, gated zen-like backyards with private saltwater pools and spas. The spacious backyards offer BBQ, with gas tanks, lots of shady sitting and dining areas to lounge on, and plenty of lounge chairs under palm trees and umbrellas. Pool floaties are provided. Enjoy the flowy inside-outside living feel and soak in the sun, the tranquility vibe, and the magical views all around you.
Each of the spacious bedrooms has very comfortable beds. Four bedrooms have King beds and en-suite bathrooms. 2 have queen beds and 2 have each have 2 twin beds.
Each of the beautiful 7 bathrooms has toiletries such as shampoos, shower gel, and conditioners. Plenty of top-quality bedding, linens, and towels are provided. Of course, we provide toilet paper and paper towels.
The fully equipped kitchens have plenty of cooking- and dinnerware, breakfast bars with bar chairs, dishwashers, gas range, microwaves, drip coffee makers, mixers, spices, coffee, tea, and much more. Each home has high chairs and playpens for the little ones.
The beautifully designed furniture adds to the stylish design of each home. You'll find thoughtful touches everywhere, and you'll instantly feel this is a cozy-elegant home away from home.
This tranquil, relaxing retreat compound is just minutes from Downtown Palm Springs Downtown (5–10 minutes depending on traffic).
The homes have well-equipped kitchens with top appliances and lots of cooking and dinnerware. You'll have pool floats, playpens, high chairs, and board games. Every villa has Roku flat-screen TVs in the living room and most of the bedrooms.

My 14 girlfriends and I stayed at the villas to celebrate our 20th colleague reunion and we had a blast. We were 1t people total and had plenty of space. We enjoyed spending by the pools, and the spas, enjoying the amazing view. And we cooked quite a bit and were surprised at how well the kitchens are equipped. We did spend a lot of time in Downtown Palm Springs, which was only 5 minutes. Loved that. The homes were very clean, and very well maintained. The bedrooms are spacious, the linens and towels are nice and the beds are comfortable. We will definitely be back soon

House Rules & Booking Terms
With your booking, you accept the following house rules and terms and conditions:
HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in: After 4 pm on the arrival day. Check out: Before 11 am of the departure date (unless early check-in and/ or late check-out was booked)
-- This is a non-smoking premise. No illegal drugs are allowed!
-- Only booked guests (and pets) are allowed access to the premises. Visitors are not permitted unless pre-approved by us
-- The pool and spa are not fenced, and underage children are not permitted on the premises unless they are under adult supervision at all times.
-- Kindly remove all trash and any pet remnants (if applicable) from the premises and place all trash in the trash bins alongside the house (
-- Kindly do not throw any make-up or other wipes into the toilets. Only toilet paper provided by us is to be flushed. T
-- Kindly rinse dinner and cookware before placing them in the dishwasher. Detergent is provided for your convenience.
-- The Desert City Noise Ordinance Law does not permit loud noise or any music outside. Kindly adhere to the city noise ordinance to avoid a $500 fine per occurrence, which would be payable by you, and deducted from the security deposit
-- The usage of the pool/spa is at your own risk and consult your physician before usage.
-- We are not liable in case of any accidents, or injuries on the premises, and for lost or damaged belongings. With your booking, you waive all rights and accept our house rules and all terms and conditions as listed in the property description.
- All fees and rates are subject to change.
PICTURES: The bedspreads and rugs and outside furniture shown in the pictures may vary, and they may be a different color than what is shown in the picture, as we replace them periodically. Furniture may be replaced and not match the pictures.
LOCATION NOTE: The home is located on a small street in a safe, upscale neighborhood.
CANCELLATION: Unless you booked a discounted non-refundable rate, you can cancel your booking up to 30 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund immediately
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 security deposit is due prior to check-in and all be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure date (unless damages are applicable). Damages: Loss or damage to furnishings or other items in the house/garage, and/or fines are deducted from the security deposit, if applicable.
PARKING: Feel free to park in the garage or on our spacious driveway
OCCUPANCY: 20 guests maximum, 3 pets maximum, no visitors allowed (unless pre-approved by us)
AGREEMENT: You agree to enter the premises as a short-term renter for the term starting from your arrival date from 4 pm and ending on your departure date by 11 am.
